شغف SHAGHF COFFEE

شغف

A word for the love
that keeps you up at night.

In the Gulf, coffee is not a drink. It is the first thing offered to a guest and the last thing finished before goodbyes — a dallah moving clockwise around the majlis, cardamom in the steam, dates within reach. Shaghf began in the UAE in 2018 with a simple conviction: that ritual deserves to travel.

Today there are sixty-nine Shaghf cafes across nine countries. Fourteen of them are in North America — Texas to Toronto — each one built the way a majlis should be: warm light, generous seating, and nobody hurrying you out the door.

The menu carries both worlds. Qahwa and karak exactly as they should be, next to a slow bar of Chemex and V60 pours from single-origin beans our roasters argue about weekly. Everything halal. Every bean sustainably sourced and organically certified.
